Kai's Garage Kits

Well, it’s time for the unveiling. As fun as it is to move through the different stages of a garage kit build, there is nothing more satisfying than the final assembly. Watching the pieces come together at last, after hours and hours of work, is like bringing something to life with your own two hands.

This kit is titled “Nocturne,” sculpted by Unnenhaku (云念白) and based on an illustration by Fkey. I took her around Pioneer Square in Seattle for a little photoshoot and got lucky enough to catch a couple hours of sun on an otherwise cloudy day. Without further ado, enjoy the pictures!
